Hello Design Lovers, this week I have an interesting update straight from YouTube! A few weeks back the lovely Sintija asked me to participate in her series called ‘How to Become an Interior Designer’.
We met online a couple of years ago through Instagram and then we stayed in touch thanks to our common professional interests and passion for interior. I was really glad to have this chat with Sintija which was also an occasion for me to get to know her better and stay in touch.
Around the time we met first, she also started her channel called ‘Space of Edit’ with a really interesting concept behind the name that you can find out in the first video published. On the channel, you can find a variety of content all directed at designers with tons of useful tips and thought-provoking ideas. From interior design studies and career advice, to design insights and even social media development.
The video series for which I was interviewed, How to Become an Interior Designer, has featured other amazing designers who discussed their own career paths, values, and drivers. A really great source of inspiration.
As for my interview, we chatted about how my career started and most of all when I decided to quit my job as an employee and start my own company and why. So, if you don’t know A Designer at Heart’s story yet and wish to know more, definitely check Sintija’s video here:
